I'm interested in having my event at SSEC, what are the steps to do so?

Once you’ve taken a tour of the event space, you’ll receive a contract outlining your booking and any associated costs. You’ll then have the opportunity to discuss booking options and get any further questions you may have answered.

How many people can SSEC accomodate?

Accommodations of the event space vary based on the type of event. For a seated event up to 300 guests can be accommodated, and more for cocktail-style events

What vendors can I use?

While South Square Event Center does offer referrals to vendors for your event all vendor choices are up to you

Can I get more details about the event space?

South Square Event Center has a 5,000 sq. foot versatile space that can be utilized in countless number of ways. Our team would be more than happy to help you plan an unforgettable experience!
